New Zealand Wine with a French Accent
Domaine Pascal Jolivet and Trinity Hill have come together to produce a Hawkes Bay Sauvignon Blanc that has New Zealand terroir and Sancerre style. This partnership came together when Pascal Jolivet visited Trinity Hill in 2005: “Their wine was so different to a Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, so much more European in style. I was very impressed with the soil and with the winery. We set up a joint venture to capture the spirit of both regions”
Cellars
The cellars of Trinity Hill are based in Hawkes Bay Vineyards
Cooler vineyards of Hawkes Bay: Mangatahi (28%) and Porangahau (72%)
